Stefan was formerly a collegiate basketball athlete with a focus on sports specific training and fitness. He is widely recognized for his expertise in functional training and his commitment to developing and implementing innovative training techniques. With over 8 years’ experience in the sports and fitness industry Stef specializes in balance/stability, speed/agility, and strength training for both athletes and everyday people.
